12.14.2009 - We're very sorry to anyone who has ordered Tentacle Grape Soda between November 3d of 2009 and current. We would also like to apologize to all of those who have contacted Andrea Howe for support on items which have not arrived, especially our repeat customers! The original TG team has take the ordering function offline while we investigate the situation. If you have ordered a case of Tentacle Grape within this timeframe and wish to have a refund, please look up your google checkout receipt and initiate the refund process that way. We are working hard to rectify this situation, but as of current there is little information to go around.

10.04.2009 - Well! Big news! We are now taking international orders... FINALLY... and we're no longer run by Mnemosyne OR Fringe Majority. The new owner is a private business run by brand co-creator Julia Howe's sister and we couldn't be happier with the sale. It's been a great and run and we love you all, but time marches on. The cart is currently down while the change-over is happening, but will back up soon. Keep graping each other!

03.27.2009 - We've officially reopened orders! Come one, come all! This relaunch now includes new 12 pack pricing! It's def. the better deal!

Also, CRACKED has placed us #4 on their list of 14 Horrifying Soft Drinks Around the World! - Cracked.com! I remember reading Cracked as a child and... well... (sniff) this is like the Oscars to me.

Finally, we'll be at Castle Point Anime Con this weekend giving out sample soda to the NYC Metro area! Come on down and get graped!

03.14.2009 - As some of you may have noticed we have stopped taking Tentacle Grape orders from the general public as of last week. This is temporary. We're trying to get through the last 500 or so orders in our backlog and it hasn't been easy going. Dekker commented on the Consumerist:

" We have a HUGE number of back orders to process and last week we went so far as to stop accepting new orders while we finish the backlog. We're in the process of streamlining the system, but we've mailed most of the outstanding orders. There are still approx. 500 in the cue and I've personally started packing some of those myself using USPS priority mail to help our fulfillment team get on top of it. Lol, Illusion Television is one of my old companies, it's a cable network on over 50 affiliates. I haven't been involved with it in well over 9 months, but if you have carriers like Fios you can see the new owners have been up to. We're plowing through it. It's obviously a real product, people have sampled it at conventions and thousands of people have received their soda. We're closing out this backlog as quickly as possible and apologize to anyone who didn't get their soda in a timely manner.

Also, on International orders... we've received a large number of them. We can not ship them. Beyond the issue of customs, as this is a food and beverage item, the shipping cost is so far beyond what we are charging that we just can do it. We've refunded hundreds of international orders and believe that the vast majority have been dealt with, but if you have an outstanding issue please contact us and we will begin the process of tracking the order down in our system for a refund."

02.14.2009 - Three Things, Two Awesome, One Suck.

Firstly, DreadCentral gave away Tentacle Grape at NYCC and it was a huge smash!

Cosplay Deviants featured Tentacle Grape at their Hentai Maid Cafe at Super Con recently, and we're happy to say how awesome it woked out.

Lastly, the SUCK... we can no longer take international orders due to issues with customs. They just won't do it. We're refunding all international sales! Also, it seems like people on the West Coast might be getting them a little later than those on the East through the middle of the good old USA. This is due in part to new postal regulations regarding the shipment of food and beverages to individuals recipients.

01.24.2009 - WE'VE STARTED SHIPPING! After a five day delay in our bottling facility we've started shipping the first packages of Tentacle Grape as of 01/22/2009. We never expected there to be so many orders for the finest sensual soda ever created, so we were a little overwhelmed! All orders ship via USPS so expect to start seeing Tentacle Grape ™ begin to arrive within 10 working days.

01.14.2009 - Tentacle Grape™ is now officially endorsed by voice actor Yuri Lownethal. You might know Yuri from such shows as Gurren Lagann and Naruto! He says, "Tentacle Grape is everything I love about hentai, but with a sweet grapey taste that makes it seem like everything's going to be okay."
